Lime Mortar Project: Stone Restoration Project Round Riding Road

Stone villa restoration project. Badly restored and pointed stonework. Cementitious repairs were causing more decay. Full facade restoration and pointing was required on this project. Varying stone colours and the original pointing were colour and aggregate matched for this facade and gable restoration. Once restored the two elevations were coated with a breathable Waterproofing agent preventing water ingress, further decay and improving thermal insulation and saving on heating costs.
